As the lead Developer at CWI, you would find me working with the Director of Digital to craft unique solutions to meet the challenge of maximizing the comprehensive work and career of Cesar Millan. I'm particularly proud of my work modernizing and migrating the legacy Drupal 6 main website (cesarsway.com) with its several thousand nodes over to Drupal 7 on the Acquia Host Platform including our e-shop moving from Ubercart to Drupal Commerce. The success of this project and the subsequent increase in traffic and SEO ranking resulted in me receiving the 2015 "Pack Leader of the Year" Award. Apart from coding, I produced creative briefs, sitemaps, process flows, design comps, wireframes, prototypes and other project documentation as required. I also enjoyed working with external partners, consultants and vendors on major initiatives, including multi-lingual digital products.

Designed and created numerous Innovative Ad Units, Micro-sites, Landing Pages, Email Blasts and other interactive media using DHTML, XML, HTML and Flash. Used Actionscript 2/3 on a daily basis. Created B to B sales presentations which were directly responsible for helping to gain several corporate ad sponsorships. Received “Cheers for Peers” award for dramatic increase in traffic as a result of my work.
